Sammartino Law Group Has Moved After 11 Years in Business

Well, you're in your little room
And you're working on something good
But if it's really good
You're gonna need a bigger room

And when you're in the bigger room
You might not know what to do
You might have to think of how you got started
Sitting in your little room

-The White Stripes, “Little Room”

As of October 7, 2024, Sammartino Law Group has moved to a bigger room. I am now located at 177 N Church Ave, Suite 708, Tucson, AZ 85701. Here is the new view from my desk:

I spent the last 11 years in this little room where I built my practice:

It was bittersweet seeing it like this - empty and small. It had always felt like home to me because, for 11 years, it was.

Since I opened the doors, quite a bit has changed. For instance, this blog space: In 2013, blogs were still a thing - a way of communicating with the wider world through the internet. Now, we instead use social media to do that. When I started out on my own, I wanted to have a way of communicating my expertise to potential clients, and more importantly I didn’t really have that much to do. I didn’t have any clients yet. Looking back at the first month I was open, July 2013, I billed for exactly one hour of work - for a family member. I had a lot of time to write in this blog.

Now, I have a full roster of clients. I don’t have time to communicate here how I am engaged in the community and paying attention to important developments in Southern Arizona public works and Arizona real estate law because I am just doing those things rather than writing about them. So, I am no longer going to update this space. I will keep it here because some people still find some of the old posts I have written useful, but I am not going to post.

I am extraordinarily grateful to all of my clients - past and present - for giving me the opportunity to represent them. They have allowed me to build my practice into something that works for me and, hopefully, for them. I started out in a little room, and I built this to where I am today. But I appreciate all the people who helped me along the way - I did not get here alone. Those people know who they are, and I thank each and every one of them for their contributions to my success.
